About Tyler Fairbairn

Tyler, a born-and-raised Colorado native, developed a passion for real estate growing up amidst the vibrant landscape. After graduating from the University of Colorado Boulder with a bachelor's degree in business administration and dual emphasis in Finance and Real Estate he worked as a Financial Analyst at McWhinney. Where he delved into corporate finance and contributed to a 10-year strategic financial plan, regularly assisted with promoting generation reporting, and frequently maintained the company's development pipeline.

 

Now Tyler has decided to take his analytical skills and outgoing personality to help grow Fairbairn Commercial and his career. Outside the office, Tyler is an avid skier and outdoor enthusiast, channeling his love for the Colorado lifestyle. Beyond the numbers, he finds joy in paddling, tennis, staying up to date on real estate market trends, and grabbing beers with friends.
