Real Estate AdvisorChris has been active in commercial real estate for many years beginning his career with CBRE in Indiana and then moving to Newmark & Company in New York before its company name change to Newmark Knight Frank. During these formative years he excelled in retail and office sales and leasing. More recently, he moved to Boulder and then to Denver where he now leads the retail division at Fairbairn Commercial.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University’s School of Telecommunications. He has also attended executive education programs at MIT and Indiana University. He is a member of the Denver Commercial Association of REALTORS® (DMCAR) and Commercial Brokers of Boulder. Additionally, Chris is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate.
